Based in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath, Sacco beauty was founded over 16 years ago and is owned and run by sisters Rebecca and Harriet.

With a passion for beauty, excellence and high standards Sacco beauty is held with high regard and a visit to their calming and stylish salon will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.

At Sacco Beauty we know your time is precious. We always endeavour to make sure your appointments run on-time and are completed at a high standard with exceptional client service.

To help us maintain these standards all clients are asked to take note of the following:

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Appointments can be made ONLINE or by phoning the salon on 01225 471292.
  • As we are a busy salon, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, change or reduce treatments for an appointment.(We often have cancellation lists running so this allows us to offer another client the opportunity for an appointment).
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. (Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice may incur 50% charge of treatment fee).
  • All cancellations must be made via phone on 01225 471292.
  • Failure to attend an appointment will result in full payment of the treatment being owed.
  • If there has been a previous no-show or cancellation within 24 hours, a full pre-payment is required to secure any further appointments.
  • Bookings of over 1 hour require a credit card or pre-payment to secure the appointment.
  • Groups of 2 or more require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment, for groups we require 72 hours’ notice for cancelations.
